Shipping and Return Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Royal Aromatics

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 7–10 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Thursday, 12 pm EST through Saturday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Royal Aromatics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages

Royal Aromatics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of a complaint, we will fully investigate it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method.

The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
