Shipping Policy – Royal Aromatics

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7–15 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered from Thursday, 12 PM EST through Saturday, or on public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Royal Aromatics is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, handling, or brokerage fees).


Damages & Claims

Royal Aromatics is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to:

  1. Report the issue to us directly via email on the same day of delivery or the next calendar day at the latest, including photos of the damaged item(s), packaging, and shipping label.
  2. File a damage claim with the shipping carrier immediately. Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods, as they will be needed for the carrier’s investigation.

Claims submitted after the next day of delivery may not be eligible for consideration, as we cannot verify the condition of the package or coordinate effectively with the shipping carrier.


Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective and reported within the same day or the next calendar day after delivery.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • You must contact us directly within the stated time frame with a full description of the defect and supporting evidence (e.g., photos or video).
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You must also submit a complaint to the shipping company, as they are responsible for damage caused in transit.

We will review all claims thoroughly. If a claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund using the original payment method. Royal Aromatics reserves the right to deny claims that are not reported in accordance with this policy or that appear to be fraudulent or inconsistent with shipping carrier records.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
